Animals
Animals are not permitted in the Warner Theatre with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Please be sure to check with the Warner staff before bringing any service animals to an event. For more information, please contact the Warner Theatre at 814-452-4857.

Camera & Video Policy
The Warner Theatre abides by the rules set forth by the artists and their management and varies by show.
The use of audio, video, or digital recording devices is prohibited except for accredited members of the media. *Show personnel reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
Children
For most events, children two years or younger do not need a ticket, but is required to sit in the lap of their parent or guardian. However, some family shows have different policies by which we must abide.
These policies may vary from event to event; please call (814) 452-4857 for information about a specific event.
Coat Check
A coat check is located in the Grand Lobby and in the new addition. This is a free service to all patrons.
Concessions
For most shows, the concession stand sells snacks, sodas, coffee, beer, wine and mixed drinks. Beverages are only permitted in the seating areas with the purchase of a Warner Theatre cup. Contactless or credit card payments only at concessions stands, no cash accepted.
Doors Open
Doors generally open 60 to 90 minutes prior to the event. Please call 814-452-4857 to verify times for the event you plan to attend.
Dress Code
Although the Warner Theatre has no specific dress code, some events such as the Broadway in Erie series and the Erie Philharmonic Symphony will draw a dressier crowd. Most people enjoy dressing up to go to the theatre, but you will see people wearing everything from casual to formal wear.
Drop-Off / Pick-Up Locations
Guests are permitted to drop-off at the State Street entrance and French Street entrance.

Group Sales

Late Arrivals
Doors open approximately one hour prior to the performance. As a courtesy to the performers and audience, ushers will seat late arrivals during an appropriate pause in the program.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located in the Manager’s Office. To claim an item after the performance, please call 814-453-7117.
Media Requests
Media should make arrangements with the Erie Events Marketing Department for event access.
Merchandise
Merchandise sales will vary depending on event. Merchandise sales are typically located in the Grand Lobby near the State Street entrances.

Seating Capacity
The venue seats 2,250 (1,528 orchestra seating and 722 balcony seating).

Security
Metal detectors are used for all ticketed events. Bags and purses are subject to additional screening, so please bring only essential items.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the theatre. No re-entry.
Re-Entry
We uphold a no-reentry policy. Guests of the Warner Theatre may not leave the facility and then re-enter. An unscanned ticket must be presented to enter the facility.
Ride Sharing
Ride Sharing services can be utilized along the State Street or French Street entrances.

Will Call
Pre-ordered tickets and tickets left at Will Call can be picked up at any window at the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office with valid photo ID.
