Our Commitment to the Community
At Erie Events we are proud to support initiatives that enhance the quality of life in our community. While we receive numerous requests throughout the year, our resources are limited, and we strive to distribute donations fairly and strategically.
Eligibility Requirements
Organizations requesting donations must:
- Be a registered nonprofit organization, school, or community group.
- Serve the local community or align with our mission and values.
- Submit requests at least 60 days prior to the event or need.
- Provide a completed donation request form and supporting documentation, if requested.
Priority Consideration
Preference may be given to:
- Organizations located within Erie County, PA and tri-state area.
- Programs benefiting youth, education, health, arts, culture, or community development.
- Events with opportunities for community engagement and visibility.
Donation Types
Donations may include:
- Event tickets
- Gift Certificates
- Monetary Sponsorship support
- Hotel Stays

Requests are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Due to the volume of requests received, we may not be able to fulfill every request or provide individual follow-up regarding declined requests.
