Event Photography Policy
Event Photography Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in photographing events at our venue. To ensure a positive experience for our guests, performers, and media partners, all photographers must comply with the following policy.
Approval Required
-
All photography requests must be submitted and approved by the venue's Marketing Department prior to the event.
-
Approval by the venue does not guarantee access. Artist, promoter, league, or event organizer approval may also be required.
-
Credentials are issued on a per-event basis and are non-transferable.
Photographer Responsibilities
Approved photographers agree to:
-
Follow all venue, artist, promoter, and event-specific credential requirements.
-
Photograph only from designated shooting locations.
-
Comply with any restrictions regarding shooting time (such as "first three songs, no flash") or other event-specific rules.
-
Conduct themselves professionally and avoid disrupting guests, performers, or venue operations.
Compensation
Photography credentials are provided for editorial, promotional, or approved media coverage only.
-
The venue does not provide financial compensation, reimbursement, or payment for photography services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
-
Approval to photograph an event does not create an employment relationship or guarantee future opportunities.
Image Usage
As a condition of receiving media credentials:
-
The photographer grants the venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use approved photographs taken during the event for the venue's marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, digital, and print materials.
-
The photographer retains copyright ownership of their images.
-
Whenever reasonably practical, the venue will provide photo credit to the photographer when images are used.
-
The venue may crop or resize images for design purposes but will not substantially alter them in a way that misrepresents the original content.
Deliverables
If requested, photographers agree to provide a selection of high-resolution edited images to the venue within the agreed-upon timeframe following the event.
Revocation
Failure to follow venue policies or credential requirements may result in immediate removal from the event, revocation of credentials, and denial of future media access.
