Erie Events Hosts Keystone Piece Of Artwork For Hidden Creeks Erie Art Trail
Erie Events is proud to host the keystone piece of artwork for the Hidden Creeks Erie Art Trail, a public art initiative bringing the story of the 1915 Mill Creek Flood, construction of the Mill Creek Tube and its impact on our community to life through art.
Our installation is positioned midway along the Mill Creek Tube and creates a place to pause, reflect and connect with the history beneath our feet.
The Hidden Creeks Art Trail will ultimately feature eight public art installations along the two-mile stretch from Headwaters Park to the Bayfront Trail, while highlighting the importance of protecting Erie’s waterways for generations to come.
We’re proud to partner with the Erie County Conservation District, The Looking Glass Art Project and the many community partners who helped bring this vision to life.
