Behind the Scenes Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond. We would like to recognize Brian Ross, who has been a part of the UPMC Park Grounds Crew for 9 years! 

The grounds crew role is the epitome of behind the scenes! Brian is a dependable and knowledgeable employee, that has become an important member of the team through his consistent hard work. He takes pride by making sure the field is always ready. There is no job beneath him and Brian will do whatever is asked, as all tasks make a big difference on the field.
