About the Warner Theatre: The Warner Theatre is an Art Deco and French Renaissance-styled theatre designed by Chicago architects Rapp and Rapp. Opening in 1931, it was used as a movie theatre until 1976 and converted to a Performing Arts Center in the early 1980s. Recently undergoing a $30 million dollar renovation and expansion project, the Warner Theatre is now a world-class venue that hosts national touring shows, weddings, graduations and corporate events. In 1982, it was listed on the National Register for Historic Places. More information about the Warner Theatre can be found at https://www.eriewarnertheatre.com/

About histERIE Week: Across Erie County, the public can enjoy programs about historic preservation and local history at various participating organizations and library locations. Some of these programs include guided walking tours, guest speakers, and free admission to local institutions! This week-long event is from May 22nd through May 28th. More information about specific program dates and times can be found at https://eriecounty-pa.libguides.com/histerie
