Since 1983, the historic Warner Theatre has provided an elegant atmosphere for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons and dances. The Grand Lobby offers a classic ambiance with its majestic setting at surprisingly affordable rates. Add to that the Warner's flexibility, hospitality and outstanding service, and you can rest assured your event will be a memorable one.
Erie's most versatile facility adapts easily to any type of function. The Grand Lobby can easily accommodate up to 250 people for a sit-down dinner or more than 500 for stand-up functions.

Grand Lobby
The ambiance of the Warner Theatre’s Grand Lobby offers a majestic setting at unexpected affordable rates. The Warner’s flexibility, hospitality and outstanding service ensure your event will be a success. Erie’s most versatile facility adapts easily to any type of function.
Seating capacity
- Up to 250 people for sit-down events
- As many as 500+ people for stand-up functions
Rental agreement
- Upon the acceptance of renting the Grand Lobby, the user or lessee must enter into a signed agreement with the Erie County Convention Center Authority or lessor.
- Basic rental fee is $550.00 for four (4) hour use
- $275.00 is required upon signing the agreement
- $275.00 is required on or before specified day of the event
Event
services
- $200.00 for four (4) hours, includes floor manager, security and maintenance
- $50.00 for each additional hour
Basic rental fee
- Provides for the general use of the Grand Lobby and clean-up services
- Provides use of both the upper and lower Grand Lobby
- Provides use of the marquee, upon request when possible
Equipment rental fee
- 5-foot round tables are $5.00 each. Tables seat 8.
- White upholstered chairs are $.50 each.
Note
- For the safety and well-being of our patrons, smoking is not permitted in the Grand Lobby of the Warner Theatre.
- No alcohol is permitted from outside the event. All alcohol must be purchased through the theatre.
- The user or lessee is required to provide the florist and caterer.
- The French Street Annex is available for rental at $250.00 for four (4)hours.
